About Azrah
I am a 3rd year Mechatronics Engineering student. I am a driven and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about applying my knowledge to real-world problems. I participated in an exchange program in Sweden to enhance my global perspective and foster adaptability and self-reliance.
I have experience tutoring at a well-established private tutoring company and have worked with students from Grades 4 to 12 in different syllabi, each with different personalities, skill sets and goals.

In our first lesson, it is always important to build rapport and establish suitable goals, mutual expectations and the required steps to achieve them. In a typical lesson, one can anticipate engaging discussions, interactive learning activities and a supportive environment where questions are encouraged. My experience has taught me the value of patience, adaptability and creativity. My lessons are designed for students in primary and high school and I have experience teaching from Grades 4 to 12.
I am committed to comprehensive coverage of topics. My teaching methodology includes concept assessments, ensuring a deep understanding of each topic. Lessons will go beyond the curriculum, providing valuable insights and strategies that enhance overall academic performance, hence the student will also be equipped with essential study skills. I emphasize not just memorization, but the development of critical thinking skills and a genuine passion for learning.
Lessons are tailored to the student’s individual learning style and challenges, providing a personalized learning experience. I will provide frequent progress reports, which enables transparent communication and ensures you are an active participant in the student’s academic journey, allowing for adjustments and improvements as needed.
I am proficient in English and Afrikaans, ensuring that language barriers are not a hindrance to your child's learning experience. I also speak German and Swedish.
