About Riya
I am a medical student and have had past experience with tutoring in GCSE subjects and with 11+ tutoring. With experience, myself through many exams throughout my education, I am experienced in how challenging they can be. I have learnt exam techniques and ways to creatively revise and I hope to be able to spread my knowledge to help more students in achieving their best potential!

I believe understanding concepts is the most important as once you understand, it is easier to apply to the knowledge you learn. My lessons focus on making sure students understand any concepts they struggle with and then apply this knowledge using practice questions. My lessons are planned according to students needs and the type of learner they are. I like to make sure the student always feels comfortable in asking questions as no question is silly and will only help the student learn!
