About Lucy
I am a student, due to start medical school in September 2020. I was the first cohort to study all the reformed 9-1 GCSEs in 2018, achieving 7 grade 9s, 1 grade 8, 2 grade 6s (English literature and art) and an A in FSMQ. I have since completed the IB diploma program during sixth form.

My teaching method is mainly utilising what a student already knows, and building on their knowledge allowing them to come to improve their problem solving skills to reach conclusions. This method aids the student in remembering information, using a logical process instead of simply memorising concepts. I also look at previous exam papers to find commonly asked questions, and use the student's practise papers to find their weaknesses and build on them, be it by covering a topic or improving their exam technique.
