I am a medical student. I teach and guide those who want to eat right and look good but have tried several ways and don't know what else to do.
I teach by guiding you on what to eat and why you should eat or not eat a thing and I also show you the benefits and negative effects of what you eat.
It is said that “ you are what you eat".
