About Barbara
I am a medical student at the University of Oxford. I achieved ten nines and two eights at GCSE level. At A-level I attained triple A star. I know how to attain top grades, and how to help others do the same in small, attainable steps.
I have been through the medical admissions process, and have observed peers going through it as well. I understand what makes a successful personal statement, and how best to approach medical interviews, having received offers from all the medical schools I interviewed at.

Help and guidance for sixth formers aspiring to study medicine in university.
Lessons ranging from thirty minutes to an hour.
Covering GCSE and A-level material for Biology, Chemistry and Maths.
Use of active learning, with lots of questioning to ensure that core concepts in content-based subjects, such as biology, are understood. Techniques for acing exam questions, as well as providing regular work to complete outside tutor times.
