I have just completed my final year of bachelor of Ayurveda medicine and surgery. Moreover, I also help people overcome psychological and stress related disorders with the help of music therpy and councelling. I believe that the body has more than just a physical aspect and it's important to look after the person's physical and mental well-being to achieve good health
