About Raji
My name is Raji Varghese, and I am a passionate nursing educator with over 25 years of experience in clinical nursing, teaching, and advanced wound care. I completed my B.Sc. Nursing from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana [2001], one of India’s leading institutions in healthcare and nursing education. Teaching has always been my calling. I started my career as a Tutor and Clinical Instructor, where I guided and trained nursing students during their clinical postings and theoretical classes. I later worked in the Surgical Unit, which strengthened my clinical judgment, hands-on skills, and deep understanding of Medical–Surgical Nursing. Today, I am working as an American Board Certified Wound Care Specialist, but my true passion remains teaching nursing and mentoring the next generation of nurses.

My priority is to help students truly understand concepts rather than just memorize. I use interactive, concept-based teaching with real-life clinical examples, diagrams, and case studies. Classes balance theory and practical skills, encouraging questions and critical thinking, so students gain a solid, confident understanding that prepares them for exams, clinical postings, and professional practice.
