About Dario
In 2012 I did a Vipassana retreat in INDIA (Bodhgaya - 10 Days). Then in 2015 I did a second retreat in Germany of the same technique. Since 2012 I do meditation on a daily basis. Anapanasati it is a technique to improve concentration and have a calm state of mind. Anapanasati is also a pre-requisite technique to be able to start doing Vipassana Meditation.

Hello My name is Dario Martinez. Since 2012 I practice Anapanasati meditation (Breath awareness) and Vipassana meditation (To see things as they really are).
