About Dan
My journey with meditation began in 2012, after a profound meditative experience — an experience of pure consciousness beyond the mind and body, which I understood as samadhi. That experience changed the direction of my life and opened a deeper exploration of meditation, awareness and the nature of consciousness.
Over the years, I have explored and practiced many approaches, including OSHO meditation practices, Vipassana, Qigong, breathwork and different awareness-based practices. I also spent extended periods of time in Asia, immersing myself more deeply in meditation and spiritual practice.
For me, meditation is not simply something I teach. It has been part of my life and personal exploration for more than a decade.
I don’t believe there is one perfect technique for everyone. My approach is simple and personal: I meet you where you are and guide you through meditation, conscious breathing and Heart Breathing in a way that allows you to experience the practice for yourself.
You don’t need to become someone different to meditate. Sometimes meditation is simply a way of coming back to yourself.

My sessions combine meditation, conscious breathing and Heart Breathing practices to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience a deeper sense of presence.
Each session begins with a short conversation so I can understand how you are feeling and what you need at that moment. From there, I guide you through a meditation or breathing practice adapted to you.
You don’t need any previous meditation experience. Just come as you are.
These sessions are for anyone who wants to step away from the constant noise of everyday life, relax more deeply, reconnect with the body and heart, and simply experience a moment of being fully present with themselves.
