About Glòria
I once mediated in a conflict where parents were in a separation process. One of them was so blocked that could not make a any decisions, didn't understand the other party and felt like was always giving in.
With some meditation and self-knowledge exercises this person was able to rediscover his motivations and values. And made decisions.
On another occasion, on a self-regulation workshop, there was a distressed person who said that couldn't meditate. Because when he focused his attention he became emotionally overwhelmed. I accompanied him to explore the problem and we found alternatives to meditation to reduce the stress and anxiety he was experiencing due to a personal situation.
For this reason ↑↑↑, I offer private mindfulness classes.
To be able to do this I have trained in psychology, sociology and anthropology, law, non-violent communication and mindfulness. This is how I did it ↓↓
-Graduated in East Asian Studies (Chinese itinerary, especially in politics, economics and society)
-Master of Conflict Mediation (especially in civil law and commercial and organizational law)
-Master in Positive Psychology -MBSR mindfulness course
