Meliha - New Malden - ESOL (English)

I have been working with Meliha for a number of months now. She is an excellent teacher, and devotes a lot of time outside of lessons to marking homework. She has helped me improve all aspects of my German, and I look forward to continue working with her to achieve my goal of B2 German.

Meliha is very punctual and dedicated German Teacher. She is kind with children.

Meliha has been teaching my child for GCSE German and I must say that she is a very professional tutor who goes the extra mile to make sure my child learns with interest. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent tutor who is also really good value for money.

We only had Meli twice as we will now not be doing German for GCSE. Both sessions with Meli were very good and she came with lots of resources prepared. We have been studying German with Meliha for around 10 weeks. She prepares well for every lesson and has tailored the classes to suit our needs. Her communication is great and we enjoy our lessons very much. They are a great mix of theory and practice.

Our son attended St Paul’s School for Boys and we got Meliha to tutor him in preparation for his German GCSE exams. We are extremely happy with Meliha as she not only helped our son achieve an A* last year, but more importantly she helped him build his self-confidence in only a short period of time. My husband and I noticed that she is always punctual, well-prepared for the lesson and gives great advice on how to approach difficult grammatical structures as well as how to develop effective communication skills. We would highly recommend Meliha in the future.

My son is 16 years old and preparing for his GCSE. He is not easy to work with and Meliha was excellent. She gave him loads of confidence and prepared lots of appropriate material. She developed strategies to ensure that he completed homework. She had very high standards and did set a lot of homework. She was very reliable, flexible and always on time. She posseses excellent communication skills and a delightful person. She had a great way with teenagers and really appeared to enjoy her work.

Melly is really a tremendous teacher. I went from having no knowledge of German at all, to being comfortable having fluent conversations in just six months! Melly is highly patient and has a very interactive style of tutoring, which worked perfectly for me.. thanks Melly! :)
