About Angela
I am a psychologist. I am taking counseling and life skills development sessions since 3 years for students. I have also taken various workshops and seminars for awareness on mental health and it's importance. I also teach mindfulness exercises .

I have mostly taken sessions in classrooms. And it includes, discussions, meditation, rapport building activities, role plays and many depending upon the topic. Since a year I'm taking online sessions by teaching life skills such as communication skills etc. with the help of stories and ppts, also conduct self reflection exercises/activities, for developing self awareness, esteem in students which also develops their personality
