I have published fiction and journalism at The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Artsy, and many other outlets. I taught writing at The University of Montana for four semesters and worked as an editor at (concealed information), where I also held a Staff Writer role for 2.5 years.

I love working with students to structure and strengthen their stories and essays. The pleasure of writing is in discovering what you're trying to say, and then saying it in your own unique voice. I'll help you get to that place with direct and gentle coaching. I taught four semesters of college writing at the University of Montana and worked as a professional editor for (concealed information), an online art marketplace with an editorial arm.
