Hello! I am Lenar, a dedicated personal trainer and physiotherapist based in Miami, specializing in structural recovery and adult mobility. With nearly eight years of experience running my own wellness consultancy, I bring a deeply professional and comprehensive approach to physical health.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, and speak five languages in total, which allows me to connect easily with a highly diverse clientele.
