I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their body, mind, and soul in today’s fast-paced and often chaotic world. Through yoga, meditation, and sound healing, I guide students to slow down, tune inward, and rediscover their inner calm.
My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where you can build awareness, resilience, and balance. I believe that true well-being comes from harmony within, and I am here to support you in finding your own path toward clarity, strength, and peace — without being overwhelmed by external pressures.

I offer Hatha yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. My teaching focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating space for deep relaxation.
Through guided meditation and sound healing, I help each student discover a personalised meditation experience that suits their needs, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, sessions are tailored to your level and comfort.
I provide one-on-one yoga and meditation classes, as well as private one-on-one sound healing sessions for deeper relaxation and inner balance.
