About Nolwein
Lawyer in environmental law, I have been a yoga teacher for a year certified Yoga alliance 200h RYT, training with Conscious yoga academy. I have been practicing yoga for several years across the four corners of the world. The experience of 10 days in silence at a vipassana meditation retreat in Lumbini, Nepal greatly influences the practice that I offer.

Being aware here and now is the unity of yoga. Body postures (asana) were described over 5,000 years ago as meditative postures. Thus, yoga combines the body and the mind in its entirety. The session is yoga in consciousness, created according to your needs. Each posture acts in depth on the circulation of your vital energy (prana) thus contributing to stimulate your vitality and your intuition in progressive practice and respectful of each person's body, strengthening your personal power and providing you with your own tools of well-being.
The session is 1h15. The typical session begins with a breathing exercise (pranayama), more or less dynamic postures in consciousness depending on your desire and ends with a guided meditation (body scan: yoga nidra, visualization, affirmation) accompanied by the chanting of mantra . I pay particular attention to the alignments so that you get all the benefits of the postures and to avoid injuries. The session will be adjusted according to your needs and desires.
For beginners, Hatha Yoga is recommended since it is a yoga whose postures are held for one to two minutes which allows a better understanding of them. Then brought Vinyasa Yoga into the practice, a yoga whose movements are faster and are linked to the rhythm of the breath.

J'ai eu la chance de faire plusieurs cours de yoga avec Nolwein, qui m'a accompagnée avec douceur et bienveillance dans cette si belle pratique. Nolwein adapte ses cours en fonction des besoins et des envies de ses élèves, on passe toujours un super moment :)
La méditation guidée permet de terminer le cours très sereinement et de sentir les bienfaits de la séance dans tout le corps, Nolwein est bel et bien une super prof ! :)Nolwein est une prof plein de dynamisme et de bonne humeur.
