Mindful Yoga with Catherine incorporates Hatha yoga and Mindfulness practises into one class.
I offer two styles of Yoga class or can create a class just for you.
Class description:
Mindful Asana Online Yoga class.
Mindful asana is an asana based class, which strengthens and creates movement and flow in the body.
With breath and body awareness, we mindfully move, stretch, strengthen and energise.
The class includes sun salutation, standing and seated asana and final relaxation, (Savasan), at the end of the class.
Mindful Yoga for Every Body
Includes Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness meditation, breath awareness and practises to relax and restore.
Offering a natural and holistic approach to wellbeing with yoga and mindful practises. To calm the body and mind. To support self care, life balance and nurture.
In this class there is instruction for new to yoga and beginner level.
Online classes are live and recorded for later watch.
