About ALMASA Francoise
I am Miss Almasa Françoise, a native of Lyon, the world-renowned capital of gastronomy, where my passion for cuisine was born.
Growing up in a family deeply connected to the culinary world, I was inspired by my father, who for 35 years spearheaded one of Lyon’s most prestigious and celebrated restaurants, and by my mother, an exceptional Cordon Bleu who transmitted to me the values of tradition, precision, and excellence.
Today, I share this culinary heritage by revisiting traditional recipes, teaching authentic homemade techniques, and helping students appreciate the beautiful blend of flavors from different cultures.
Beyond cooking, I introduce the art of **Art de la Table**, elegant presentation, and refined dining habits that can easily be adapted into everyday life.
My philosophy is simple: **Fine dining made easy for everyone.** Through my bespoke at-home cooking experiences in Dubai, I transform each lesson into a journey of taste, culture, creativity, and sophistication.

I am Miss Almasa Françoise, a World Cooking Mentor, Fine Dining Connoisseur, and Art de la Table Expert based in Dubai.
My approach combines culinary skills, cultural discovery, and the pleasure of sharing traditions through food. I create bespoke, interactive cooking experiences at my clients’ homes, adapted to each student’s age, level, and interests.
From French cuisine to international flavors, students discover recipes, techniques, presentation, and the art of elegant dining in a fun and inspiring way.
Lessons usually last 3 to 4 hours and are designed for children, teenagers, adults, and families from 7 to 77 years old.
With my international background in luxury, hospitality, and multicultural environments, I transform cooking lessons into memorable journeys of taste, culture, and creativity.
