About Tina
I am an extremely passionate and responsible young artist and student. I would love to pass on the knowledge I garnered from my scholarship and selective school application process to help other ambitious students like me to excel and achieve their goals.
Although I am young, I have a bit of a knack for teaching and explaining concepts in ways that are easy to understand and remember. I am able to analyse work habits in order to cater to every "type of learner", in the sense that I can teach things in the way that is most suitable for your child.

I am a MLC Principal's Scholarship and the Jinah Johnston's Scholarship recipient and current year 10 Mac.Rob student (admitted with full Superiors) providing affordable, flexible and personalized tutoring for primary-school aged students.
As someone with explicit experience in the scholarship and selective school application processes, I can provide directly helpful advice on not only curriculum content but also effective study methods and interview tips.
I provide English (reading, creative & essay writing), Math, and Art mentoring. I can work with a textbook or develop my own lesson plans suited to your child's goals (consolidation, extension, etc.) and skill level. As a current student myself, I can help your child build learning and study habits that translate perfectly into success in secondary school.
My rates are $18/hr, but can be negotiated depending on location. I would prefer to tutor at my home, but this can also be easily negotiated.
