-I am Massimiliano, I am 33 years old and I put my fingers on the guitar for the first time at the tender age of 9. My lessons can be varied at all levels and ages: from beginners to those who want to refine their technique, from kids to very first weapons, passing through the enthusiastic teenagers of Rock and Metal, up to the most mature people who would like to invest their free time with something new. If I have to choose, let's say that I really enjoy teaching students who approach the instrument for the very first time. -The lesson takes different directions depending on who I'm facing. In any case, first of all, it is right to have a little cognitive and introductory chat, asking simple questions about why the student wants to learn and what he would like to learn, so as to make him participate fully and above all enthusiastic (always careful not to skip important steps and essential that underlie the study of the guitar). -In the first place the choice of method must correspond to the objectives set, without neglecting any of these three fundamental aspects: theory / harmony, technique and style, which requires to devote a certain time every day.But these elements do not become really meaningful until they are combined with a musical world, a genre, a style. I really like the Blues music, also winking at the classic Rock, so my methodology will be based on improvisation and instantaneous production of phrases, patterns and musical lines using on all pentatonic scales and larger scales. However, we must never forget that listening to so much different music remains the most important element in the study of the guitar and any other instrument.
