Hey there.
I teach a very intrinsic style of dancing that is focused on creating a mind body connection and is aimed at releasing deeply burrowed emotions from the body. I have studied with various schools and teachers ranging from Korean, Japanese, and European influences. Together we will explore movement beyond what your conscious mind has thought it to be. I invite you to a very unique process of self exploration and possible chance of increased well being in your daily life.
