About Vlad
Hello, I’m Vlad Kiselev (B-Boy KESL).
I’m a b-boy (Breaking dancer) from Russia! I’m 20 years old. Now I live in Cyberjaya, and I want to find people who will like breaking like me!
Breaking is an amazing dance with huge space for creativity. It includes many different directions and styles. When a dancer gains knowledge and skills from a trainer, he can create unique individual elements, find new ways, and transform the dance however he wants. Every dancer in Breaking is unique and has his own style. Some are very musical and rhythmic and can feel every sound in the music; others focus more on powerful and complex elements — power moves and freezes; some are extremely flexible, and so on. A b-boy can show his own character and individual features that make him stand out from everyone else. That’s exactly what makes people fall in love with Breaking.
My qualities:
* More than 13 years of dance experience
* Strong experience in all aspects of Breaking (toprock, footwork, freezes, power moves, acrobatics, etc.)
* In Russia I worked as a teacher at one of the most popular professional dance schools — “Flying Dreams” in Moscow, and I’m also a member of the award-winning crew “Breakoniers”
* 5 years of experience teaching and working with children
My awards:
* Champion of Russia in Breaking
* 2nd place at the World Breaking Championship in France (Battle of the Year 2018)
* 2nd place at the World Championship in Slovakia (Outbreak Europe 2018)
* Winner and prize-winner of many Russian and international competitions in different formats (1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 5x5, Powermove, Team)
* Participant in many dance performances and showcases (holidays, events, advertising, TV)
I have an intermediate level of English, but I’m confident I can clearly explain how to feel the music, how to perform any move, and how to surprise people with real skills — because the most important thing is still my knowledge, experience, and passion for this dance.

I specialize in the strength and acrobatic aspects of breakdance. My training is built around developing physical attributes—coordination, balance, and core strength—required for executing elements of the highest difficulty. This involves intensive functional training, bodyweight exercises, and explosive power development essential for power moves and freezes. I pay particular attention to safety protocols, as they are the foundation that allows me to prevent injuries and extend my career as a dancer.
At the same time, I firmly believe that sport without music is lifeless. My primary goal is to train the body to feel music on an intuitive level, rather than simply memorize a routine. A separate focus area in my work is developing a sense of musical phrasing: I teach movement not just to the count, but to each note, creating a dialogue between the breakbeat rhythms and the body's motion.
The combination of rigorous athletic discipline and emotional expression is my key tool, enabling me to remain competitive in battles, on stage, and in the training studio.
