About Emma
I have been teaching meditation in retreat setting for several years, combining my meditations with plant therapy. Students leave empowered, with a clearer understanding of their thought processes and tools to deal with their daily lives in a more effective way.
I draw on ancient teachings of meditations adapted for the modern mind-set.
With a Master's degree in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy I understand how the human mind works and how it can be transformed to work for us, not against us.
I offer 1 hour sessions to include techniques, insights and answer questions.
On-going meditation coaching to maximise your potential, reduce stress and allow your inner wisdom to arise. The continued effects are improved health, energy levels and emotional balance.
