About Andi
Having more than 10 years of experience, practicing yoga and mindfulness to myself (as a mother) and children / adolescents, and having shared with more than 300 participants for 11 years, skills in regulating thoughts, emotions, intrapersonal communication, relaxation / guided meditation, and poses. as well as a variety of breathing techniques that have an impact on improving fitness, focus ability, self-regulation, and improved performance (academic in students, professional in teachers and parents). Experience as a writer and editor at a leading parenting and family magazine for more than 14 years gives its own color and it is because of this insight that each session provides a valuable experience for participants (toddlers, students, teachers, and parents)
