About Allison
I am a mother of two, a current Juvenile Probation Officer and I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I am also currently an online student who is undergoing a Dual Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Schooling. I have a passion for assisting and supporting students throughout their academic career, regardless of their level of education. I strive to make all students feel comfortable, heard and valued.

I find it important to incorporate students interests into their academics to make the experience more interesting. I strive to support students in reaching their academic goals while teaching them their personal strengths and minimizing their weaknesses. I assist students in developing strategies to more effective learners such as looking at how they think and learn, how they study and how they manage their studies. I actively listen to the students struggles and concerns so that the students feel valued, heard and supported.
