About Agustina
I’m Agustina, a movement teacher with a background in dance, stretching, mobility, and body awareness. I have over 15 years of experience in movement and training, and I’m currently completing NASM’s Stretching and Flexibility Coach course. My approach is supportive, personalized, and focused on helping students move with more comfort, confidence, and control.
I teach in both English and Spanish, and I enjoy working with adults and teens who want to improve flexibility, posture, joint mobility, and overall body awareness in a safe and approachable way.
My goal is to make movement feel accessible, clear, and enjoyable, especially for beginners or people who want to reconnect with their bodies at their own pace.

My classes combine stretching, mobility, gentle strengthening, and body awareness to help you move with more comfort, control, and confidence. Each session is adapted to your body, level, and goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, posture, joint mobility, or simply create a consistent movement routine.
A typical class may include a short warm-up, mobility exercises, active stretching, gentle strengthening, and calming stretches at the end. My approach comes from my background in dance, movement education, and my current training in NASM’s Stretching and Flexibility Coach course. Classes are beginner-friendly and designed for adults or teens who want a safe, supportive, and personalized experience.
