About Emma
Having graduated from the University of Stirling in 2017, I received a BA with First Class Honours in English and Religion. I have recently completed my Masters of Research also at Stirling and hope to pursue a PhD in Continental Philosophy.
During school, I was a buddy in my senior years to younger students. I also have privately tutored at primary level and have experience of tailoring sessions to fit the specific needs of the student. I offer tuition at secondary and undergraduate level for English Literature, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Critical Thinking, exam and dissertation preparation, and also offer services for primary school children.

Previously I have worked with students that required additional support, incorporating different learning methods and teaching strategies for suspected SpLDs. I therefore prefer to plan each lesson accordingly to suit the individual, taking into consideration their strengths, areas for improvement and preferred learning styles. I am flexible as I prioritize the student's comfort and support.
