About Sara

Hi, I'm Sara, an MSc Psychology graduate and qualified secondary teacher with a passion for helping students grow in confidence and achieve their academic goals. My background combines teaching, psychology and research experience, allowing me to adapt my approach to different learning styles and individual needs.

I have experience working with young people and adult learners from diverse backgrounds and enjoy creating a supportive, encouraging learning environment. I believe that every student can succeed when concepts are explained clearly and lessons are tailored to their strengths and goals.

Whether you are preparing for exams, improving your understanding of Psychology, or building confidence in your studies, I aim to make learning engaging, structured and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's goals, learning style and current level of understanding. I aim to make Psychology accessible by breaking down complex theories and research into clear, manageable concepts while encouraging critical thinking and independent learning.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and may include interactive learning, topic explanations, discussion of key studies, exam practice, essay planning, revision techniques and feedback. I provide structured support while adapting the pace to each student, creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
