About Meghna
I am Meghna Nisha, an MSc Psychology graduate with a background in counseling psychology and human resources. I have experience working with students, adults, and workplace-related concerns, supporting individuals in developing emotional awareness, social skills, and effective communication.
My combined background in psychology and HR helps me understand both personal and professional communication needs. I follow a practical, structured, and non-judgmental approach, tailoring each session to individual goals. My aim is to help learners build confidence, improve social interactions, and apply these skills effectively in academic, social, and workplace settings.

My classes focus on improving social skills and social communication using practical psychology-based methods. I work with students and adults who want to communicate more confidently, understand social cues better, and build healthier interactions in daily life.
Each session is structured yet flexible, depending on individual needs. The class includes understanding thought patterns, emotional awareness, role-based practice, and simple techniques that can be applied immediately in real-life situations. I use a supportive, non-judgmental approach to help learners feel comfortable and confident while learning.
Sessions are conducted online on a one-to-one basis, allowing personalised attention and steady progress. No prior background in psychology is required.

Details
Payment is to be made in advance before the scheduled session. Sessions are primarily conducted online on a one-to-one basis. Payments can be made via UPI methods such as Google Pay or PhonePe.
For in-person sessions, travel charges will be additional and may vary depending on the distance and location. Any additional study materials or practice materials will be charged separately at ₹250, if required.
Rescheduling is possible with prior notice. Sessions missed without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
