About Ireland
Currently, I work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. I have experience working in community-based mental health care, hospital-based settings, and outpatient clinics. My clinical specialties include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, veterans, first responders, and individuals diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. I have a Bachelor's in Social Work (3.94 GPA) and a Master's in Social Work (3.93 GPA).

As someone diagnosed with ADHD, I understand the challenges that many students face in our modern educational system. Everyone has a unique learning style, which is why I make it a priority to understand how each person learns best and support them in identifying alternative study methods that fit their personal learning style. My lessons and services are for individuals enrolled in undergraduate or graduate-level social work classes, high school or undergraduate psychology students, and post-graduate social workers preparing for licensure exams.
