About Ashley
I have a lifetime of experience playing the piano, as well as decades of experience playing and recording professionally. I can teach unique skills such as improvisation, ear training, and writing, along with basic music theory. I can teach you theory up to whatever level you desire, though in my experience, unless you want to be a concert pianist specifically, there is a certain level of theory that is necessary and a level beyond that which is not for the everyday professional working musician.

- A typical lesson plan will include theory as well as intuitive playing techniques.
- What sets me apart as a tutor is I have years of professional experience as a musician, and I have worked with studio musicians and engineers and have professional experience I can teach as well.
- My lessons are for beginners in theory and anyone interested in expanding their writing and improvisation skills.
