Lucia is a great physical trainer, she really caters for what you want to achieve.
I have been training with her since 2019 and She helped me get stronger and fitter, then adapted and tailored my training when I was pregnant so that I could still train and get alot out of it. Then post partum eased me back into it, so that it wasn't overwhelming. Lucia Listens to what you want to get out of
