About Elyssia
I began my journey as a guitarist when I was 10, learning from chords on the back of a chorus book and watching talented guitarists in my friend group as well as online. I have come so far since then! I'm finishing my Diploma in Worship Studies, serving at my church by leading music from my guitar, and writing, recording, and publishing my own songs. My desire is to equip my students with the techniques and knowledge that I wish I had known starting out and to inspire them to use the gift of music for the glory of God.

I teach basic chords along with strumming and picking pattern that enable the student to play a varaity of songs that they enjoy. Working through a few chosen songs over the course of 12 lessons, I prepare my students for performing, equip them with the skills to further their path as a guitarist.
