About Angie
I've been teaching students of all ages for the last 5 years. I teach kids ages 3-18 and have lots of experience teaching adults of all ages as well.
I have flexible availability & can work with your schedule!
I strive to have my lessons be collaborative experiences. Lots of call and response & sharing of ideas! Music lessons should never be lectures, they should be fun and creative.
I'm an active songwriter, and just released my first full album!

I specialize in jazz, pop, theater, and folk.
When teaching voice lessons- I emphasize the importance of healthy vocal technique, performance skills, repertoire. Are you learning for fun? Are you preparing for an audition? Are you hoping to pursue voice professionally. I'd love to help!
When teaching songwriting- there are no right answers when creating your own songs. I often act as a guide for artists who've already begun their writing journey AND help brand new writers get started.
When teaching guitar- I teach beginners & vocalists who are looking to learn an instrument to write with.
