About Abbey
I have loved to sing for as long as I can remember and though I did not start singing lessons until I was in secondary school I have attended choirs for my whole school career.
As soon as I got the chance I started to learn the clarinet and found natural ability that meant I quickly excelled above my peers.
I studied music through to university and devoted my free time to choirs and orchestras. I graduated university having been tutored by some of the top musicians and choral singers including VOCES8 and The Princess of Wales Military Bands, gained a 2:1, a grade 8 in singing and also playing clarinet at grade 8.
I now continue to further myself musically by singing with The Canterbury Voices, we are an all female choir who sing range of styles from choral to folk and we have a busy schedule of high demand in the local area as well as having been requested in Lisbon, Kenya, Boulogne, Azerbaijan and Moscow.
