About Fleur
I'm a singer and recording artist and have always been so passionate about singing. Understanding the voice and how each person has their own unique sound is crucial when students want to find their own one. Part of the excitement for me is watching people grow and find their own style. I'll help you focus on building your vocals but if you're interested in learning about songwriting this is an area I can help you with too. If not, I have a lot of experience with the performing side of singing which is an area we can work on developing.

About the lesson

Each student has a different set of vocals to work with which is why I make sure we try different exercises to see what works for you. Areas we will focus on includes breathing techniques, vocal range and pitch, delivery and developing your own unique style.
Each lesson will be an hour and we will start each lesson with 10-15 minutes of vocal warm-ups.
My lessons are for beginners or professionals (12+) who wants to improve whether that be through the traditional route of passing ABRSM grades or just for personal enjoyment. I can teach you whatever style you prefer from Pop, Jazz, Soul,R&B, classical etc. I will always be open to help you with whichever genre you prefer.
My previous experience includes working professionally as an opera singer and touring across Europe, I have grade 8 singing and a music degree. Experience as a tutor includes working in north London secondary schools helping pupils to work on their performance and vocal skills (up to GCSE level). I have also worked with recording artists on vocals to help them achieve specific stylistic goals for recordings.
