As mentioned, I've been studying music since I was very young and have now reached the age where I can start giving back. I love music and am passionate that everyone who wants to learn is able to. I will try to make your lessons as personal as possible both in terms of what you're learning and how you want to learn.

I recently achieved a first in my BA in Music at the University of Lincoln and am now studying for a Master's degree in Musicology at the University of Edinburgh. I have played the violin for 15 years and am open to students of any age/ability.
My main teaching instrument is violin but I can also teach ukulele. I'm also happy to help prepare for any GCSE or A Level exams in terms of theory and history. I can also help with performance anxiety and techniques.
Lessons will be fully tailored to the student's needs both topically and academically. Lessons are 1hr each unless you'd rather have shorter practical sessions (30/45 minutes). The first session will be to discuss and organise this. I am also happy to work with you to make specific accommodations where needed.
