About Marco
I'm a DJ and electronic music producer, working primarily with Ableton Live and some external hardware. I've been passionate about this world since I was a child, and this has allowed me to delve deeper into the technical aspects of audio (analog and digital), leading me to become a sound engineer. I began my journey in Lecce, then moved to London for a few years, where I had the opportunity to work as a specialized audio technician.
I currently live in Turin and am attending the DAMS degree program, which has allowed me to expand my artistic and technical knowledge, which I would like to share.

About the lesson

The course includes 20 hours divided into six three-hour lessons. The first introductory lesson is free. It begins with the Ableton interface (Session View and Arrangement View) and basic settings, then explores clips and how to write within them. Sound synthesis, elements of sound design, and, above all, fundamental mixing techniques will be explored in depth. Throughout the course, the history of electronic music will be interwoven, creatively combining theory and practice. At the end of the course, students will not only have a solid understanding of the software but will also complete a personal project, creating an original track.
