I teach mostly online, giving the students the most chance and independence when learning. I am open and teach step by step and will not proceed until students understand fully each concept. Music theory is important for learning piano so I set sight-reading and key exercises as well as being able to play the next part for homework. I remember clearly my lessons for Grade 1 ABRSM piano and the lessons for it; reassurance and belief is vital for making progress and passing that final exam. Students must practice between each lesson and try to meet targets set (don't worry if you don't meet them, just try your hardest!) to ensure value and progress before the exam deadline.

Details
Piano Beginners - £12/hr - Note that taking ABRSM graded exams cost and have to be purchased on the ABRSM website. The pieces, scales & sight-reading books that are needed for exams also have to be purchased separately to the £12/hr rate. I can teach those just wanting music theory or piano lessons with no interest in ABRSM qualifications too.
GCSE (9-1) Music tuition currently unavailable - starting again in September.
RSL (Level 3) Diploma tuition currently unavailable - starting again in September.
