About Mélisande
I am a french student coming from Paris to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, as well as beginning studies in psychology along the side. Thanks to both these degrees and my personal experience, I have acquired extensive understanding of teaching skills, learning techniques, and truly enjoy spending time with children, helping them improve and find fun and enjoyment in learning their chosen skills!

I have 16 years of experience in music, Double bass (my principle instrument), but also piano and music theory, as well as being willing to teach in french, my mother tongue, or english. As well as helping with any kind of music-related subject, I can also help with language learning ! I have experience with children and adults, and would love to offer 1 to 2h lessons on any subject you choose, tailoring the lesson to your, or your child’s, needs. I know how to make lessons entertaining for children, using educational games or going along with their imagination to create the perfect lesson environment. I also have experience with children with learning disabilities or autism. I can travel to meet you, as long as it is not too far from central London :)
