About Maren Ovidia
I trained in Musical Theatre at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Bachelor of Arts - Musical Theatre).
After almost 7 years in the UK, I have now moved back home to Oslo for a short period to be in the musical Matilda at Folketeateret where I play Miss Honey.
I was also in Parade in London (The Other Palace) with the National Youth Music Theater in 2019.
Throughout my studies I have played roles such as Violet in Violet, Rapunzel in Into The Woods and Ensemble/Mary in The Pajama Game.
I am represented by an agency in London called Intertalent. My agent is Brooke Kinsella MBE, assisted by Alex McMillan. They also represent West End stars such as Alice Fearn and Tyrone Huntley.

I focus on technique we use specifically in musicals - both classical and modern. I would like to help you explore your voice within all the genres Musical Theatre includes, and how we convey character through song!:)
I can help you build repertoire for auditions and general audition technique. I am very familiar with the processes they use in the UK if you are considering applying for Musical Theatre studies over there.
Whether you sing just for fun, or are working towards a professional career, I would love to help you! What we focus on the most is up to you:) Technique, repertoire building, auditions, acting through song - or a bit of everything?
The most important thing is that you enjoy it! :)
