About Claudia
I am a very calm girl, with patience and trust. I have been doing sports since I was very young and I have always informed myself about nutrition and about everything related to losing fat and gaining muscle mass. I have a high knowledge of gym exercises (either to do at home, on the street or in a gym) and also, for a while, I went to meditation classes in which I have learned a lot and I can extend my knowledge to other people .

Claudia es una gran profesora. Es muy paciente, amable y se esfuerza mucho en darlo todo por ayudar.
