About PATRI
I am currently working as a Spanish teacher at a secondary school in Ireland, where I support students in Transition Year and help them prepare for their Leaving Certificate Spanish exams.
I hold a double degree in Primary and Early Childhood Education, as well as a Master’s degree specialising in Spanish as a Foreign Language. My educational background has given me a strong understanding of different learning needs and teaching methodologies.
As a teacher, I believe that learning a language should be an enjoyable, practical, and engaging experience. I tailor my lessons to each student's level, interests, and personal goals, helping them build confidence and improve their communication skills. My classes combine practical activities, grammar, vocabulary, interactive games, and conversation practice, depending on each student's needs.
I aim to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and developing their language skills at their own pace. I also provide detailed, personalised feedback to help students recognise their progress and continue improving.
