Teaching methods I adopt are that if a pupil/student has an issue with a specific area of knowledge, we assess ways of working round these problems and turning weaknesses into strengths , it is a pupil based environment; so between myself and the student we would work together to achieve certain aims, and then over time this knowledge will be fed back, to make sure their mistakes are rectified.
