About Ran
Before coming to Australia, I already had experience teaching popping one-on-one, so I understand some of the common struggles people face when learning. I believe most dancers hope to pass on their style and culture, and that’s exactly why I’m passionate about introducing more people to popping and encouraging them to get involved in this amazing dance form.

I understand that a lot of people feel nervous about getting into dance, and many don’t know where to start. It’s common to feel lost in large group classes, struggling to keep up and not quite getting the results you’re hoping for.
That’s why my teaching style is relaxed and approachable. I focus on breaking things down clearly, explaining how to activate specific muscles and guiding students through one or two key movements per class.
I also encourage creativity and self-expression, so when you practice on your own in the future, you’ll feel confident adding your own flavour. My goal is to help you become a dancer with your own unique style!
