About Tara
I’m a 21 year old final year undergrad student studying history and politics in UCD. I live in Marino but will be in UCD four days a week which will allow me to teach leaving certificate students both in North and South Dublin. I completed my LC in 2021 and achieved a H1 in history. I did my research project on Irish female republican prisoners during the Troubles. Irish 20th century history is my passion and favourite time period of history. During my leaving cert course, I covered the chapters: the pursuit of sovereignty, Northern Ireland, dictatorship and democracy, and the United States.

In my lessons I will teach students understand and approach essay questions and the document based questions in an effective way to earn maximum points per paragraph and also teach time management skills to prepare for the limited time period students have to write during exams
