About Jennifer
My own personal journey started almost 5 years ago. I was obese and had a very unhealthy relationship with food. One day I decided to stop talking about it and start being about it. I joined a gym and started taking classes. That was my beginning. It is scary starting at first, but it eventually became a routine, a “lifestyle”. I have done almost everything from bodybuilding to competing (and coming in 1st place) in cross-training competitions. I believe that since I have started from the bottom and have done so much that I can not only relate, but I can help coach and guide those who don’t even know how much potential they have and don’t know how powerful they really are.

I know that it is not always one size fits all, but we can find a type/style of training that works best for you with your experience level and physical abilities and I will customize a training program to help you reach your goals.
