About Jordan
Hi there,
I earned a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2012 and completed three years of a double degree in Applied Science and Health Science (Osteopathy) before working full time as a holistic health and fitness coach at Australia's leading independent fitness facility, 5th Element Wellness.
I was a senior coach for three years and during that time I published a book on men's health and designed a corporate wellness program that has been implemented in companies such as Telstra and KPMG. I coached clients for strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation, yoga, breath training and meditation, personalised nutrition and more.
I will begin a Master of Teaching specialising in Health and Physical Education at the University of Melbourne in January 2020.
