Hi! I’m Numaan, a national-level Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu athlete and cross training specialist with over 5 years of experience in training and coaching. I help people lose fat, build strength, improve fitness, and learn martial arts — whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced athlete. My approach blends functional training, combat sports techniques, and personalized coaching to get you results faster, safer, and smarter.

1-on-1 Personal Training → Fully customized workouts focused on fat loss, strength, and conditioning
Martial Arts Coaching → Muay Thai & Jiu-Jitsu techniques for all levels
Cross Training & Functional Fitness → Full-body strength, mobility, and endurance sessions
Small Group Classes → Train with up to 3-5 people for added motivation and energy
2. Class Structure (Average 60-75 minutes)
Warm-up & Mobility → Dynamic stretches to prepare your body
Skill Training → Martial arts drills OR cross-training techniques
Main Workout → High-intensity circuits, pad work, grappling drills, or strength-based routines
