About Guy
I am a national level rower and have been trying to try for team GB having attended a GB junior camp last December. I have a lot of experience from this camp and other GB events with coaching and tailoring training programmes for specific goals. I have helped to run various training programmes and have been a part of training programmes for many sports such as Rowing, Rugby and Sprinting .

I believe the most important part about improving your fitness is to do exercises that you enjoy, whilst keeping your workout routine fresh and new each week. Further I think a fixed programme that is planned carefully is essential to keep working towards your goals, as it helps provide extra motivation to complete the session. I can help you design a personalised programme that will improve your fitness and will also help you to implement it to improve in the most efficient way possible.
